BARBARA WENTROBLE
 Biography Barbara Wentroble, founder of International Breakthrough Ministries (IbM), is a strong apostolic leader, gifted with a powerful prophetic anointing. As she ministers with cutting-edge teaching and revelation, a powerful breaker anointing is released, transforming those in its wake. As Barbara activates giftings and anointings in ministers, business leaders and individuals, they become equipped to change spiritual climates within their realm of influence and bring transformation to their regions. Barbara’s vision for International Breakthrough Ministries (IbM), is to coordinate an apostolic network that unites business leaders and church/ministry leaders for opportunities in the Kingdom of God. This strategic alliance provides a setting for covenantal relationships to flourish and a gateway for cross pollinization of ideas. Barbara empowers marketplace leaders to succeed in their God-given assignments. She has a passion to see these leaders equipped with the anointings needed in business, government, the arts, media, education, and in all of their spheres of influence. Barbara provides coaching and counseling, speaking to the strengths of these marketplace leaders to solidify their identity, enabling them to shift to their highest potential. This allows that which God is building in them to emerge and become manifest. Barbara leads BAT teams (Breakthrough Apostolic Teams) into the nations for the purpose of spiritual and social transformation in those regions. These BAT teams are trained as an army and special forces, and are well equipped to engage and not just observe. Barbara’s influence is not restricted by location or boundaries. She has been involved with the worldwide prayer movement since the early 1990’s, leading strategic prayer teams for major gatherings in Korea, Argentina, Australia, Afghanistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Venezuela and other European nations, as well as the USA and Canada. For several years, Barbara has been fulfilling a God-ordained international mandate to women to rise up and stand in partnership with men. This message has called multitudes of women into their God-given destinies. Barbara is a member of the International Coalition of Apostles (ICA) and EVAT (Eagles Vision Apostolic Team). Dr. C. Peter Wagner is the presiding apostle over these organizations. She also serves on the boards of several ministries including the Federation of Ministers and Churches, an international, apostolic network for churches and leaders. She and Dale are members of Glory of Zion Outreach where they serve as apostolic leaders. Barbara is the author of Prophetic Intercession, You Are Anointed, God’s Purpose for Your Life, Praying with Authority and Rise to Your Destiny (Regal Books), and A People of Destiny (Wagner Publications). She is also a contributing author of Women’s Destiny Bible (Thomas Nelson). Barbara is a registered nurse, has a BA from Christian Life School of Theology and a Doctor of Practical Ministry from Wagner Leadership Institute. Barbara and Dale have three adult children and seven grandchildren, and reside in Irving, TX.
